About me
My most recent role was as a Product Designer at a fintech called Dojo a brand by Paymentsense, where I worked on features for their responsive web and native apps. Prior to this, I worked for B2B food delivery service City Pantry (now Just Eat for Business), where I helped solve real customer and internal tooling problems, making it easier for teams and businesses to get good food delivered to their desks.
Before City Pantry, I was a product designer at an online travel agent website, Loveholidays, during a period of massive growth for them. I was part of the experiment's team where our release methodology was CRO focussed, velocity-driven AB and MVT tests. Using optimizly, a testing tool, I helped roll out a considerable amount of revenue increasing features on the site.
Prior to this, I was the first official Digital Design hire at global travel business, Big Bus Tours. With the launch of their new website, app, and digital transformation, I headed up the design of multiple new features and product launches. I was responsible for all digital design requirements across multiple channels including web, app, and email.
I started my digital career as a Digital Artworker at Debenhams eventually working my way up to a Digital Designer position. I was responsible for the design of brand landing pages, as well as the roll-out of many seasonal campaigns and digital assets across various digital channels, for multiple devices.
